The idea of "Never Lie to Your Hairdresser" came from a typical end of a crazy busy day in our salon. Our staff was swapping "hair horror stories" about what can go horribly wrong when a client doesn't reveal any recent chemical service information before a new chemical process is started. Sometimes it is just poor judgment on the part of the hairdresser and not the fault of the client at all . Never Lie can also stand for the countless times clients will share their deepest darkest sometimes shocking secrets they won't tell anyone but their hairdresser. I am honored to have been in this wonderful industry for over 25 years and even more honored to be trusted enough for these revelations.
